Title: The name that most people would use to call this item (Required)
Identifier: A reference for an archivist or like-person to use to keep all items unambiguous (Required)
Date: The time range when this item was in production (opposed to Date Created, which is specific)
Date Created: The year when this specific item was created (opposed to Date, which is general)
Description: An account of the physical aesthetics of the item
Format: What material was used to create the item
Extent: The size of the item in inches
Subject: Library of Congress Subject Headings were used to determine the topic of the item
Creator: Who owned the patent of the item, usually a company
Rights Holder: Who currently owns the specific item and has the ability to grant or withhold access (Required)
Accessed at: Originally "has_current_location", was changed to "accessed at" due to the amount of items that had access exclusively online or unavailable
Notes: All fields are repeatable just in case of new information. Additionally, three fields are required: Title, Identifier, and Rights Holder due to the importance of these fields. Only the Subject field has a controlled vocabulary. Originally, Accessed at had a location controlled vocabulary, but as many of items didn't have a physical location listed, it was removed.
