The items are catalogued as "Works" (under VRA ontology, rather than Dublin Core "Image"), as they are born digital and are not a reproduction.

Resource Template:

  • Title: Given name for the resource
  • Creator: Entity primarily responsible for creating the resource
  • Contributor: Entity responsible for making contributions to the resource
  • Date: The date in which the work was created/generated
  • has dimension: The size (or dimensions) of the object
  • Type: The nature or genre of the resource 
  • Subject: The topic of the resource
  • Description: a brief description of the prompt provided for the AI and the dimensions
  • is related to: Artist used within the prompt
  • Identifier: After learning about the trinomial system in TMS workshop, decided to use the following format- First: year acquired, Second: what # of item was acquired that year, Third: how many items were donated within the acquisition
    
  • Publisher: Entity responsible for making the resource available
  • Source: Related resource from which the described resource is derived
  • Relation: Related resource(s)
  • Rights Holder: Who owns the rights to the work
