Founded in 1919 by Richard S. Reynolds Sr. as U.S. Foil Company in Louisville, Kentucky, Reynolds Metals began by producing foil wrappers for candy and tobacco. The company shifted to aluminum in the 1920s, officially becoming Reynolds Metals Company in 1928, and launched the iconic Reynolds Wrap household foil in 1947.
Description
The Throne of the Third Heaven of the Nations' Millennium General Assembly is a complex work of art consisting of approximately 180 individual pieces created by James Hampton over a period of fourteen years. Hampton made the array based on several religious visions that prompted him to prepare for Christ's return to earth.
